Danno's Profile

I am a professional Chef and I own a percentage of the restaurant where I work, which is pretty cool. The restaurant is called Fusions and is a up-scale eatery which specializes in seafood. It is located, as am I, in Appleton, Wisconsin which is about 40 miles south of Green Bay.  Go Packers.  Actually, my football team is the Washington Redskins, but I still root for the pack.  Unless they play the skins that is. Obviously, I love to read. My favorite is Horror, but have read and will read pretty much anything. Cooking-Reading-Football-Fine Wine-and having a great time- are my hobbies.
